Putin maintains that the perpetrators of the terrorist attack at Crocus are linked to Ukraine

Despite the Islamic State’s claim of responsibility for the terrorist attack at Crocus City Hall, Russian President Vladimir Putin continues to maintain that the perpetrators have connections to Ukraine. In a meeting addressing the situation, Putin stated that the attack was an act of intimidation and questioned who may benefit from it.
