STAT launches fellowship for science reporting [in the United States]

A yearlong fellowship opportunity is available for early-career journalists in the United States who come from underrepresented racial and ethnic groups. This program, offered by STAT, is designed to prepare journalists for a successful career in science journalism.

The fellowship will run from mid-July 2024 to mid-July 2025 and be based at STAT’s Boston office. The selected fellow will work alongside experienced science and health reporters and editors to report and write articles for STAT.
